The web team strives to provide prompt support to the University community for all of its web design and development needs. We offer training to faculty and staff to become Certified Web Champions to update and maintain office or department sites located at inside.trinity.edu.

E-mail Us

E-mail web-request [at] trinity.edu with your problem, suggestion, or new edit. Please be sure to be as specific as possible, include helpful items like web page, paragraph number, image, and any attachments you may need uploaded etc. 

Feedback Button 

The feedback button is in the bottom left hand corner of every page. You can highlight specific sections of the page, make comments and suggestions. This will automatically submit to the ticket system.

Please note that while the highlighting is useful, it can sometimes be inaccurate. Try to be as specific as possible in your description. While you can not upload any attachments to the feedback button, once you submit your request you will receive an email. Please reply to that email with any attachments you need, or submit your request through email. 

Zendesk Form

Visit the Help Center and login with your T-mail account via the Google login on the left hand side. Complete the form and be as thorough as possible. You can attach any documents or images to this form.

You can view all open tickets you have through the help center by clicking on your name in the right hand corner, and then selecting "My Activities". We try our best to  at least respond to your ticket within two working days, however it may take us longer to solve depending on the nature of the ticket. If you have a specific deadline, please note that in the ticket, and try to give the web team as much lead time as possible.
