Messages may be broadcast directly to all student rooms and offices where there are University telephones. Messages will scroll as text and/or be broadcast over the telephone as intercom announcements.
Official news, information and instructions will be distributed by e-mail. Please check your Trinity e-mail on a regular basis.
An outdoor warning system was installed at Trinity University in July 2013. The system uses a siren followed with a message to alert the campus community to take shelter in the event of an emergency. The University plans to test the system once a month. The University is dedicated to ensuring everyone knows what to do when they hear the siren and message.
In the event of a large scale or campus-wide disaster, an emergency message will display on the main Trinity University page. It will be kept up to date with any pertinent information.
