During any campus emergency, university community members and parents are asked to allow the Trinity University Crisis Management Team, and University staff to focus on the situation. Please refrain from delaying the process of the quality and timeliness of the University's response. We will take every effort to ensure timely notification of the most current information is available.
Trinity University has a Crisis Management Team (CMT) built using a foundation outlined in the National Incident Management System. The National Incident Management System (NIMS) is a standardized approach to incident management developed by the Department of Homeland Security.
Trinity’s Crisis Management Team is made up of administrative representatives. The Crisis Management Team meets regularly to review University policies, procedures, and practices related to emergency situations. The CMT also conducts regular exercises to prepare for potential crises.
