As we adapt to the realities of COVID-19, changes were made to this Fall semester. Details along with updates related to Tiger Card are available on the COVID-19 Updates page. Visit this page for the official, up-to-date details.
Trinity University's Tiger Card Office is the home of the official university identification card called the Tiger Card. It also oversees and provides a range of services to faculty, staff and students.
The Tiger Card Office Provides: Access to electronically-controlled academic buildings, computer labs, classrooms, dorm rooms and other areas located on campus for university staff, faculty, students & other affiliates. We also maintain and service the Laundry Program,Vending, Printing on Campus (Wepa Kiosks), Meal Plans, Tiger Bucks and Value Transfer Stations.
Protect your Tiger Card at all times. Don't bend, crack, or punch holes in it. Doing so could damage or disable functionality. Always carry it with you and keep it safe since it acts as your bank card as well as the keys to your room.
Lost or damaged Tiger Cards can be replaced at our office for a fee of $25 (billed to your student account). If the card is found to be damaged due to normal wear and tear, there will be no replacement fee. If you lose your card please call or email us to deactivate it until it is found or you obtain a replacement.
You can also use the GET App 24/7 to temporarily deactivate (& place your lost card on HOLD) by going to "settings" once logged on to the GET App and reporting it lost. Once you find it, you can release the hold from the GET App, or call, or email us to have it reactivated. If your lost Tiger Card is turned into our office, check your email frequently as we will email you if someone turns it in.
