Physical Activity
Attention runners of all ability levels! A great way to meet people and stay fit is to join the Trinity Half Marathon Challenge!
TU Fit: The Health Club, founded in 2013, is a student run group whose mission is to make health programs and information more accessible for students on campus, including free fitness and meditation classes.

Trinity also offers discounted membership rates at the DR Semmes YMCA close to campus.
Trinity also has a Swell-Cycle docking station on campus! Great form of exercise and fun way to explore the sights in San Antonio! The stations accept Tiger Bucks!
Substance Use or Misuse
Trinity’s focus is on how to change the culture that underlies alcohol misuse and its consequences on campus, rather than on simply determining the number of negative alcohol-related incidents that occur each year. To read more, visit Trinity’s Alcohol and Drug prevention programs and policies.
TU also offers the TIPS program, which is a skills-based training program that is designed to prevent intoxication, underage drinking, and drunk driving. You can become a peer leader and earn course credit!
