The Staff and Faculty Wellness Committee at Trinity University aims to make the Trinity Campus a place where:

  • Healthy behaviors are promoted, encouraged, and supported
  • Employees have easy access to programs to help them make better lifestyle choices
  • Employees have the opportunity to practice healthy lifestyle behaviors


Staff and Faculty Wellness Resources

  • Monthly wellness Chat & Chew Series, featuring local wellness experts and a healthy lunch! Check the "Leeroy" newsletter or your Tmail for updates!
  • Employees are encouraged to log-on to their Aetna Navigator account, click on the Stay Healthy tab, then complete the Health Assessment. Based on your results, you can receive wellness reminders and tips, plus available wellness discounts. 
  • Free weekly cardio fitness classes are held in the Bell Center for any staff or faculty member on campus. The class typically meets every Monday and Wednesday from 11:20am-12:20pm. The class incorporates medium-high intentsity cardiovascular exercise, with a yoga and/or stretching cool down. Locker room space, weights, yoga mats, and towels are provided.   • Trinity Staff & Faculty are eligible to participate in Campus Intramurals for free! Email kharris3 [at] for questions.
