Transfer Student Housing Form

Please take a moment to read the information below as it will help you navigate the housing form.

While the housing form is primarily used for roommate matching, it is also used to gather information about your academic areas of interest at Trinity. For additional information about Trinity residence halls, check out the Sophomore College, Upper-Class Area and, What to Bring pages.

Before you start the housing form:

  1. Think about the Academic Programs that interest you most: The housing form allows you to indicate your primary academic areas of interest, so take a moment to become familiar with the many options available to you. We will use this information to pair you with an appropriate academic adviser. It is okay if you are unsure or if your decisions are subject to change.
  2. Read and sign the Board and Residential Agreement: The Trinity University Board and Residential Agreement outlines the rules and regulations for the residence halls and contains important dates regarding residence hall procedures. Please read the agreement in its entirety. You will then be prompted to enter your initials to confirm that you read the document. If you will not be at least eighteen years old as of Thursday, August 18, 2016 please print the document and have a parent or guardian  co-sign with you then mail it to the Residential Life Office at: One Trinity Place #94 | San Antonio, Texas 78212.  You may also fax it to 210-999-7251.
  3. Form Due Date: The housing form is due on Wednesday, May 25.
  4. Navigating the Form: You must be logged into your Trinity email to access the housing form. Please do not use your browser's back button when filling out the form. Use only the back button provided at the bottom of the form.
