Every April, Trinity celebrates Earth Week with both educational activities and ways to help out the local environment. Earth Week activities and events cover a wide-range of interests and are different every year. Often times, students' coursework and research are on display throughout this week through poster sessions, presentations and displays. Other educational events have taken place such as the student-led Earth Day Festival, and "Trinity Trash Hill" with the "Trash Talkers" educators. Events, such as office supply exchange, zero-waste sporting event, and the encouragement of using reusable food service ware, encourage waste minimization.
Other past events include an Earth Week lecture, Eco-Fiesta complete with a concert and games, green buildings tour, composting demonstrations, yoga in the community garden, film screenings and art and photography exhibits.
