- Submit the request at least five class days before the banner(s) are needed by the organization
- Solid color backgrounds are not permitted.
- Graphics must be no larger than half of the document.
- Banners are only printed for student organization campus-wide events/programs (e.g. not recurring meetings.
- To ensure banners are printed for events that have been approved, please send a screenshot or PDF of the event T-Space confirmation togetinvolved [at] trinity.edu ( ). Banners will not be printied for events that have not yet been approved or confirmed in T-Space.
- Pick up printed banners within 24 hours of email notification.
Please make sure the file you are attaching is the final version. Student Involvement will not print multiple drafts of a banner.
