Banner Request Form

Please complete the following form and we will be glad to assist you. Have a question or seeking an exception? Email getinvolved [at] trinity.edu. The banner request must meet the following requirements:

  • Submit the request at least five class days before the banner(s) are needed by the organization
  • Solid color backgrounds are not permitted.
  • Graphics must be no larger than half of the document.
  • Banners are only printed for student organization campus-wide events/programs (e.g. not recurring meetings.
  • To ensure banners are printed for events that have been approved, please send a screenshot or PDF of the event T-Space confirmation togetinvolved [at] trinity.edu ( ). Banners will not be printied for events that have not yet been approved or confirmed in T-Space.
  • Pick  up printed banners within 24 hours of email notification.

Please make sure the file you are attaching is the final version. Student Involvement will not print multiple drafts of a banner.

Please make sure the size of your document is 2 MB or less.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: pdf.
