Student Organization Handbook

TU LeaderTalk - listserv

Do you TU LeaderTalk? Join the listserv of Trinity leaders. Bounce ideas off each other, ask questions, and promote your events. Subscribe by sending a completely blank e-mail (no subject, no text, no signature) to subscribe-tuleadertalk [at] lyris.its.trinity.edu. Once subscribed, you can send messages directly to tuleadertalk [at] trinity.edu. For questions or assistance regarding the listserv, please contact the ITS Helpdesk directly.

Campus Reservations and Equipment

All campus organizations use T-SPACE, Trinity's centralized reservation system. Organizations must have a  T-SPACE trained administrator in order to make campus reservations. Contact getinvolved [at] trinity.edu (Student Involvement) for training information. 

Student Organization Resource Center

(Coates University Center, West Wing, Lower Level)

Have you visited the Student Organization Resource Center? Active organizations can access:

  • Printed banner pickup location (Digital Banner Machine: The banner printer is available to advertise one time events/programs. Compete the Banner Request Form to get started.)
  • Paper and paint for banners (and tack lines for drying)
  • Student organization mailboxes

Main Wing of the Coates University Center

POS Machine: POS machines (Tigerbucks machines) are helpful when collecting money or fundraising for your organization. When making a T-Space reservation, request to use the Info Desk POS machine by including a note in the "comments" section.
