Nomination Instructions

The Division of Student Life proudly hosts the Student Leadership & Service Awards, an annual recognition program that recognizes students for their achievements on campus and in the community. Awards are given in recognition of service to the community and in recognition of significant contributions in the areas of leadership, campus life, and citizenship initiatives. Review 2020 award descriptions .

The online nomination form requires 1) nominator details, 2) nominee details, and 3) a 450-800 word nomination that addresses nominee qualifications. Students, faculty, and staff may nominate a single student for multiple awards. Students may NOT self-nominate, but can nominate their peers. Note: Nominators who plan to nominate multiple students will need to complete the form for each entry.

The nomination form will open on Thursday, November 21, 2019 and close on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 5 p.m.. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Recipients, nominators, family, and friends will be invited to attend an awards reception during Spring Family Showcase on Friday, March 27, 2020 at 3 p.m. in the Great Hall.
