Trinity University students are innovative leaders who serve their communities, create positive change on and off campus, and excel in the classroom. Students may be recognized in many ways across campus, including the following opportunities.
The Division of Student Life proudly hosts the Student Leadership & Service Awards, an annual recognition program that recognizes students for their achievements on campus and in the community. Awards are given in recognition of service to the community (Trinity University, San Antonio, global, or other) and in recognition of significant contributions in the areas of leadership, campus life, and citizenship initiatives. The Board of Visitors and Trinity University Alumni Association, in partnership with the Division of Alumni Relations and Development, offer two awards annually to recognize current seniors with at least 88 hours of credit whose Service to the University and Service and/or to the San Antonio Community reflect the ethos of philanthropy and service that is at the heart of Trinity University. The LeeRoys Excellence Awards is an annual awards program that highlights University-recognized student groups and advisors for their accomplishments on campus and in the community. The LeeRoys provides an opportunity to nominate student groups and/or advisors that have made great strides in creating change in the community and have exemplified the University values.
