Family Weekends

We look forward to having families and parents visit their students, Trinity's campus, and the San Antonio community.  

Check-In 

Please come by CUC to sign in, pick up a program and grab a cup of joe before starting your day. The Family Weekend Welcome Team is happy to provide directions or answer questions.

Parking

Alamo Stadium Parking Lots: The entrance to one parking lot is located at the traffic light directly across from the sidewalk to Northrup. The entrance to the other lot is just south of the light. Both lots are available on Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. On Friday, cars must be removed no later than 4:30 p.m. Both of these lots are closed to the university on weekends.

On Campus Parking: On Saturday and Sunday, the campus will be "open parking" for parents and family members. However, parking in fire lanes, loading docks and handicap areas (without permit) will not be permitted. Also, the 24-hour reserved parking signs on lower campus will be enforced.

Come by Coates University Center to pick up a program and grab a cup of joe before starting your day. Families can also pick up a campus map, free Trinity swag, and speak to a campus representative. Check-in not required.The Family Weekend welcome team is excited to welcome you back to campus.

Attend an Open Class (Various Locations)

Many faculty make their classes available for family attendance.  Please check back on Friday, September 25 for the full available class list.

Undergraduate Research Poster Exhibit (Center for the Sciences and Innovation Lobby)

Select student research posters will be on display demonstrating a wide-range of undergraduate projects.  

12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Parent Leadership Council Lunch (RSVP only event) (Coates University Center, Fiesta Room)

Parents will learn more about engaging with Trinity through membership with the Parent Leadership Council.
