Sending Paperwork

What to send

When sending paperwork to the FSC, please include any supporting documentation and any intra-departmental approvals required.

  • All requisitions, check/reimbursement requests, Invoices, Budget Adjustment/Transfers
  • Travel Authorizations and Advance Requests
  • Travel Expense Reports
  • P-Card receipts

How to send

There are a number of acceptable ways to submit your paperwork to the FSC

  • The FSC does two mail pick-up and distribution runs on campus daily. Once at 9:30am and again at 2:30 in the afternoon. If you would like your department to be included on the route for these mail runs, or if you would like to adjust your scheduled pick-up days please contact us to let us know.
  • Send the paperwork in interoffice mail addressed to the Financial Services Center (FSC Box 70).
  • If you have an urgent document that needs to be rushed, you may walk it over to our office or contact us to arrange a pickup.
  • Any of your p-card receipts received via e-mail may be forwarded to your department’s FSC representative’s e-mail address.

To whom to send

Each department has a dedicated FSC staff member who serves as that department’s main point of contact and processes their paperwork. See below to determine who your FSC contact is. If you are unsure of who your FSC contact is, or if you have a problem or matter you wish to discuss regardless of who your assigned contact is, please don’t hesitate to contact Aaron Cervantez.
