Students and faculty from Trinity's Graduate Program in Health Care Administration (HCAD) attended the Modern Healthcare Hall of Fame Dinner in Chicago on Sunday, March 15 while attending the American College of Healthcare Administration Executives (ACHE) Congress on Leadership. ACHE is the preeminent professional organization representing health care administrators. Students and faculty were guests of Bob Shaw BS '69, MS-HCAD '72 who sponsored a table for a few of the Trinity attendees. In attendance were Ed Schumacher, HCAD Department Chair, and Jody Rogers, Visiting Professor along with students Aashini Patel, Christina Roscoe and Thomas Davis. Students and faculty were honored to meet Charles Lauer, former editor of Modern Healthcare magazine. He is also the author of a textbook that Rogers uses in his Seminar in Professional Development.
