COVID-19 Updates

The Registrar’s Office is currently providing services remotely and can be reached by email at Registrar [at]

  • To withdraw from a fall 2020 course, obtain instructor and advisor approvals by email and send them with your request to registrar [at]
  • All forms, requests, and/or any required approvals should be submitted via email from a T-mail account.
  • Most forms can be obtained online from the Registrar's website.  You may use a camera phone to send attachments.
  • Email will be accepted in lieu of a form should you have difficulty downloading or obtaining any form.
  • If needed, you may request a zoom appointment with a staff member by sending an email to Registrar [at] or leaving a message at 210-999-7201.
